Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

We're a consulting firm, not an ad network. We collect the minimum needed to respond to you, we don't sell or trade your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. The details are below.

01Who we are

Bivonix is an enterprise data consulting and creative digital studio based in Paris, France, serving clients globally. For anything related to this policy, you can reach us directly at ankitparihar@bivonix.com.

02What we collect

We only collect what you choose to share with us: your name, email address, company, and the content of your message when you book a call or use the contact form. Our servers also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build behavioural profiles.

03How we use it

Your details are used for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, managing that relationship. We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

04Third-party services

Call scheduling is handled by Calendly, and contact-form messages are delivered through an email service provider. These providers process your details only to perform those functions, under their own privacy policies. We don't share your data with anyone else.

05Data retention

We keep contact details only as long as needed to maintain the business relationship. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll remove it promptly.

06Your rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Email ankitparihar@bivonix.com and we'll act on your request. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in France, the CNIL.

07Cookies

This site uses only the essential cookies needed for it to function. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Embedded third-party widgets — such as the Calendly scheduler on our contact page — may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
