1The Challenge
A global luxury fashion house was operating 342 boutiques across four regions — Asia Pacific, Europe, Americas, and the Middle East — with no single view of performance. Revenue data existed per-region in SAP, VIP client profiles lived in a separate CRM, e-commerce ran on its own platform, and boutique-level sell-through was tracked in regional spreadsheets updated weekly at best.
Leadership had no way to identify which collections were underperforming, which boutiques were driving the highest revenue per square metre, or whether their highest-value VIP clients were being properly engaged across channels. Waitlist intelligence, clienteling effectiveness, and collection scoring were all invisible — decisions were reactive, not predictive.
